About Works Infrastructure Office

Office Overview

The Provincial Works Infrastructure Office, operating under the Policy and Corporate Services framework, leads the planning, delivery, and maintenance of Madang Province's public infrastructure. It develops integrated infrastructure master plans, oversees procurement and contract management, and ensures compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations. The office provides technical guidance to district works officers and Provincial Management Team members, conducts quality assurance inspections, and coordinates routine and emergency maintenance across all provincial assets.
