The Office of the Governor is located in the Madang Provincial Government Headquarters complex in the heart of Madang Town. The building houses the Governor's executive offices, meeting rooms, and public reception area.
Visitors are welcome during office hours, though appointments are recommended for meetings with the Governor or senior staff.

The public reception desk is open from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM on weekdays for document submissions, general inquiries, and appointment scheduling.
